Excellent in all aspects of their service. I highly recommend Stellar Techs! You get what you pay for!! GREAT install and service team! Had a "split" heater/AC unit installed 8 yrs ago (with another company) and it never worked as expected. Didn't heat or cool as expected. Installing a new one Stellar Techs discovered problematic install. The new installation was DONE RIGHT! I love that. This "split" will function better and last longer. Terrific service oriented and customer focus Techs are "golden" in my book. Call them!! You won't regret it.
Joe Frasier is a Rockstar!!! Called me back right away to talk me through the problem... could not be fixed over the phone so came over the next day (SATURDAY) to fix the hot water issue. all around great man and very professional!!! Would recommend stellar tech to everybody!!!
