04/09/2024 JOSEPH REPLACE WELL TANK Shut off power to the well. Drained down the plumbing system including the well tank. Cut out piping to and from the well tank and removed the tank and the piping. Set the new well tank in place. Installed the new tank, a pressure gauge, pressure switch, pressure relief valve and drain valves. Connected these into the house system. Wired in the new pressure switch. Turned the power to the well back on. Checked operation and check for leaks. The new tank and appurtenances are operating properly at the completion of the installation. Received payment in full on Clover. Thank you for choosing Stellar Techs! 04/02/2024 CHRIS & LANCE REPLACE AC SYSTEM Disconnected and removed the old air conditioner from outside the home. Set a new pad in place and leveled it. Set new air conditioner on pad. Connect refrigerant piping to air conditioner. Installed new thermostat. Installed new electrical disconnect box on outside wall and installed new whip between the disconnect box and the new air conditioner. Connected electrical control wiring to the new air conditioner. We will return tomorrow to install the air handler and get the system completely set up. 04/03/2024 CHRIS, LANCE AND JOSEPH Install the new air handler. Connect to refrigeration lines and ductwork. Connect electrical wiring to the air handler. Connect control wiring to the air handler. Pressure test line set. Evacuate the system. Charge the system with refrigerant to the proper levels.
