REPLACE WATER HEATER
Shut off the water to the entire house. Drained the plumbing system. Cut out enough piping to get access to remove the water heater. Also disconnected all of the gas piping to the furnace and water heater so that the gas piping could be moved out of the way. Removed the electrical connections on the furnace to get that out of the way. The fit was very tight. Removed the old water heater and set the new water heater in place. The gas and electric to the furnace and started the furnace. Connected exhaust, gas, and water piping to the water heater. Filled the water heater and restored water pressure to the entire house. Turned on the gas and checked for leaks. Lit the water heater pilot light and turned the thermostat to the factory recommended temperature setting. The water heater and furnace are operating properly at the completion of the installation. There are no leaks on the water or gas lines. Received payment in full on credit card.

AC NOT COOLING.
Customer stated that the thermostat was set at 73. Did not kick on until 79. Checked superheat. Superheat was high. Add refrigerant to bring superheat back down. Installed locking valve caps as required by state of MN. The AC was operating properly at the completion of job. Thermostat may be bad if it does not kick on at set temp. Mike will let us know if this happens. No payment due today. Warranty.
