AC NOT RUNNING OUTDOORS
Found defective high voltage storage device. Kelly authorized replacing the part. After we got the condenser running, determined that the system was low on refrigerant. Provided option for refilling with refrigerant, adding sealant and a renewal kit. Kelly approved this work as well. After adding the refrigerant, sealant and renewal kit, the air conditioner is operating properly at the completion of the call. Kelly enrolled in the Stellar Performance Membership Club. Received payment in full on VISA card.

MEMBER COOLING SEASON INSPECTION
Checked all furnace components that operate with the air conditioner.-pass. Checked thermostats and zoning.-pass. Checked humidifier, air exchanger, water heaters, water, smoke detectors.-pass. Checked air conditioning.pass—BUT— the system is not operating as efficiently as it could be. Because of static pressure buildup, it is also putting extra wear and tear on the system, specifically the outdoor compressor and the indoor blower motor. This is caused by high static pressure in the zoning system, not using the preferred metering device (fully adjustable TXV) on the air conditioning, and poor design.
The ductwork system should have an automatic bypass damper system to relieve excess static pressure and allow for excess airflow to be bypassed between the supply and return. This would also require a discharge air temperature sensor to cycle the outdoor unit off when temperatures are too low and to cycle the burners on and off whe
