INSTALL REPLACEMENT MINI-SPLIT HEAT PUMP
Shut off the power to the system. Reclaimed the refrigerant. Disconnected the piping and electrical. Removed the indoor and outdoor units. Mounted the new indoor and outdoor units. Connected the piping and wiring. Pressure tested with nitrogen. Evacuated to low vacuum. Charged with refrigerant. Run tested the system. The system is operating properly at the completion of the installation. Received final payment in full on personal check.

STELLAR PERFORMANCE MEMBERSHIP COOLING SEASON INSPECTION.
Performed gas leak test—pass. Checked thermostat—replaced battery with owner provided battery. Checked zone panel-pass. Checked humidifier—pass. Checked furnace air filter & blower compartment—pass. Checked water heater tank and operation—pass. Checked all AC components, electrical components, refrigerant levels, coils, drain, line insulation, temperatures and pressures.—recovered refrigerant, slightly overcharged. Tested the water for hardness and total dissolved solids—pass.
Provided estimate for new mini-split heat pump. Lenna accepted the proposal and provided a down-payment check.
The furnace, air conditioner, humidifier and water heater are operating properly at the completion of the inspection.
