04/23/24 JOSEPH & LANCE REPLACE LEAKING HOSE BIBB FAUCET AND VACUUM BREAKER Shut off the water to the hose faucet. Cut out old faucet and a few fittings. Installed new fittings, short piece of pipe, new faucet and new vacuum breaker. Restored the water pressure. Checked for proper operation and checked for leakage. 07/11/23 JOSEPH & ZEKE ANNUAL COOLING SEASON INSPECTION Pulled the blower assembly. Checked for debris and cleanliness. Found a couple of pieces of paper (or old masking tape) inside the blower compartment. If any of these got sucked into the blower, it could create an imbalance and produce the kind of issue Glen reported was happening. Cleaned the entire blower assembly and blower compartment. Reinstalled the blower. Sealed the blower compartment.-passes now. Checked water heater.-pass. Checked humidifier.-pass. Checked water softener and tested the water.-pass. Hardness = 0.5. TDS = 222. Checked the outdoor AC unit. The unit is fairly low on refrigerant. This indicates a leak in the system somewhere. If it continues, the compressor will eventually fail. Provided options for repairs and replacement. Glen would like the estimates sent to him for all options. He will decide the route he wants to take with this investment. No charge for today. Covered under the Membership Club.
