08/15/23 JOSEPH & LANCE FURNACE AND AC DO NOT TURN ON. Found that the furnace interlock switch was not being depressed far enough by the door latch button. Added foam tape to the door switch to get better contact between the button and the switch. The units are operating at the end of the call. Thank you for choosing Stellar Techs! 08/10/23 JOSEPH & LANCE REPLACE WELL PRESSURE TANK Shut off the circuit breaker to the well. Shut off the main valve to the house. Drained the old tank and hauled away. Installed a new tank. Adjusted tank pressure prior to energizing the system. Reactivated the well and tested the operation. The new tank is working properly and there are no leaking joints at the completion of the call. Checked the motor bearings and they were seized up to the point where they were hard to turn. Got approval on the orders to replace the motor. Replaced the motor and high-voltage storage device. Also cleaned the blower wheel and housing. Reassembled the blower unit and had the homeowners turn on the air conditioning. The AC and furnace are operating properly at the completion of the call. 07/25/23 JOSEPH & ZEKE REPLACE WELL PRESSURE GAUGE AND SWITCH STANDPIPE Change in the standpipe. When the system has no pressure on it, check the pressure in the tank and it was a zero psi. The ladder in the tank is bad. The tank needs to be replaced. Presented options to so and they chose the larger tank option. I have a order to take it will ship to the receiving shop. Once we receive the tank, we can call to schedule a return visit to install the tank. Received check# 1527 for $1276 for today’s work plus $1000 down payment on the tank replacement. Stellar Performance Membership cooling season inspection. Performed a complete inspection of the AC unit. Checked the thermostat, water heater tank, furnace air filter, and blower compartment, and all passed inspection. Cleaned the air exchanger and performed a gas leak test. No leaks were found. Inspected all air conditioner components, electrical components, refrigerant levels, coils, drain, line insulation, temperatures, and pressures. The line set insulation is rotted and needs to be replaced. Checked the smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors; all passed inspection. Tested the water for hardness and total dissolved solids. No added softeners are needed at this time. The homeowner approved the line set insulation replacement. The furnace, water heater, air conditioner, and air exchanger are operating properly at the completion of the inspection. We will return and replace the well pressure gauge in the near future.

5/15/23 Benson and Joseph. Completed cooling season inspection. A/C system is slightly overcharged. Air exchanger blower motor is burned out and inoperable. Joseph will be returning soon to discuss air exchanger options with homeowner and drop the refrigerant to the proper level. Thank you for choosing Stellar Techs! 06/13/23 JOSEPH ADJUST REFRIGERANT LEVEL (WARRANTY) Adjusted the refrigerant levels to the proper specifications. The air conditioner is operating as it should. Presented the estimate for the air exchanger replacement.

07/03/23 JOSEPH AC NOT COOLING ADEQUATELY Wasp nest inside corner of unit. There are too many to be able to work on the unit until the Ness are eliminated with some hornet/wasp spray. Fred is going to pick up some spray and treat this. He will give us a call or send us a message when he is back home late in the afternoon or early evening. We will come back out then. No charge for the second trip. We should have had wash spray with us when we arrived. 07/03/34 JOSEPH RETURNED Waited out the rain for a few minutes. Connected gauges and activated the system in cooling mode. The compressor did not start. The fan started, but shut down when the compressor tried to start again. Checked the high-voltage storage device that we installed in May. One of the terminals was burnt right off. Not sure what caused it. Replaced the device and repaired the wiring. No charge for today. We will cover this under warranty since we were just here a couple of months ago.

AC tune-up for the summer. Inspected parts, changed air filters and tested that the air conditioner is ready to run without problems.

AC tune-up for a homeowner. Ran diagnostics and cleaned air filters to ensure they aren't clogged. Checked refrigeration levels and tested that the air conditioner is running as it should.

Repaired air conditioner that was not cooling. The fan would not turn on. Enrolled the customer in the Membership Club and repaired the AC.
