WALL MOUNTED WATER FILTER INSTALLATION. Shut off the well pump. Drained plumbing system. Remove existing filter housing and piping. Install a wall support bracket for the new housing. Install the housing and reconnect the piping. Restore power to the well pump and pressurize the system. Check for leaks. The piping and filter are operating properly without leaks. 9/18/23 JOSEPH & CHRIS FIND THE SOURCE OF THE SECOND FLOOR SHOWER LEAK The faucet was originally mounted incorrectly. It is too close to the tubwall and the flange seal will not seal properly. It is old enough to justify faucet replacement. Provided replacement option and explained the membership club. Nancy enrolled in the membership club and authorized the replacement. We are ordering the materials. When they arrive, we will schedule the work. Received payment in full on a check. 10/02/23 JOSEPH & CHRIS REPLACE TUB-SHOWER FAUCET IN UPSTAIRS MAIN BATHROOM. Shut off the house, water and drain all piping. Cut out and removed old faucet. Roughed in the new faucet valve body. Connected it to all water piping. Installed faucet cartridge and trim kit. Restored the water supply to the house. Checked the faucet for leaks and proper operation. The faucet is operating properly without leaks at the completion of the job. No money collected today. Received payment in full previously. Thank you
09/18/23 JOSEPH & CHRIS GAS LEAK AT STOVE. Turn the gas back on. Tested connections with bubbles. Determined that the problem was with a cracked gas regulator inside the stove. This is a difficult repair because stove disassembly is required. Recommended that she get a different stove. Also made sure that the gas was on for the furnace and that it would operate. She needs a new thermostat. Give her a quote on that. She is going to do it herself. Got the model & serial numbers on the furnace and air conditioner.
