05/07/24 JOSEPH INSTALL NEW WATER SOFTENER & SEDIMENT PRE-FILTER Shut off the water to the home. Drain the plumbing piping. Cut out the old water softener. Remove the water softener and old brine tank. Set the new water softener in place. Set the brine tank in place. Mounted the sediment filter bracket on the wall. Mounted the sediment filter to the bracket. Piped in the sediment filter and water softener. Performed proper start up on the water softener. Added salt to the brine tank. The sediment filter and water softener are operating properly at the completion of the installation. No payment due today. Paid for previously. Thank you for choosing Stellar Techs! Checked water heater tank and operation—pass. Checked all AC components, electrical components, refrigerant levels, coils, drain, line insulation, temperatures and pressures.—pass. Tested the water for hardness and total dissolved solids— Softener media is breaking down. System control devices and valves are not functioning properly. Hardness and iron not completely removed. Provided options for correcting deficiencies. We will be installing a new water softener and cartridge-type sediment pre-filter. They are on order. We will call to schedule the installation once we have all of the equipment and materials. Received payment in full on Discover card. There will be no payment due after the installation. Tested the water for hardness and total dissolved solids—. TDS=195, ph=7.5, Provided options for correcting deficiencies; replaced indoor air quality UV bulbs, and provided one box of 16 x 20 x 1 IAQ filters for customer. Customer authorized all repairs. 12/14/23 LOGAN, LANCE AND CHRIS REPLACE FURNACE Removed the old furnace for disposal. Installed the new furnace. Connected it to ductwork, venting, drain piping, and gas piping. Connected the controls and high-voltage electrical. Perform start up on the furnace. Also installed a new thermostat. The furnace is operating properly at the completion of the call. Inspected the water heater venting out through the attic. The piping is fine and we only need to replace the rain cap. We will order the rain cap. This job has been paid for in full as well as the replacement of the rain cap. There is no money due when the rain cap is replaced. If Steve is not here, we can just go on the roof to replace it. Installed new rain cap on chimney. The cap is screwed down so it will not fly off again or blow off due to wind.

08/21/33 JOSEPH & LANCE REPLACE WATER HEATER Shut off the gas and electricity to the existing water heater. Shut off the water supply to the entire house. Drain the plumbing system and the water heater. Remove the water heater for disposal. Set the new water heater in place. Installed new water piping connections, vent piping connection and reconnected the gas line. Purged the gas line of air. Filled the water heater with water. Purged air from the water piping. Fired the water heater up and checked operation and for leaks. The water heater is operating properly at the completion of the installation. Paid in full previously. No payment is due today.
