01/11/24 JOSEPH PERFORM BOILER CHECK ON GAS BOILER Performed a complete check on the boiler and zoning systems. All Zoning seems to be working properly. The boiler is operating properly, but the igniter and flame rectifier are in bad shape and need to be replaced. We will order those and set an appointment to come back out. We should bring the extra hoses for filling the system when we return. We also may need to purge the second floor zone of air which will require the pumping system and the barrel. Receive payment in full for today’s work. There will be additional charges for the return trip. No initial investment made today for the return trip. The boiler is operating properly at the completion of the call. Charlie enrolled in the membership program for this home. 01/31/24 JOSEPH REPLACE PARTS ON BOILER Installed the new igniter and flame rectifier. Run tested the boiler.
