12/19/23 LOGAN AND LANCE Upon arrival the furnace was very intermittent. It would run at time and others it would not even light. The furnace had a wire that was frayed that was leading to the pressure switch. With that the wire and pressure switch needed to be replaced. We were able to replace the pressure switch and reuse the old wire with the frayed part removed. Now the furnace is running smoothly. Stellar Performance Membership HVAC inspection. Maintenance checklist: Performed gas leak test—pass. Checked thermostats—pass. Checked humidifier— recommend replacing piercing valve, but otherwise passed. Checked air exchanger—pass. Checked furnace air filter & blower compartment—pass. Checked water heater tank and operation—pass. Checked all AC components, electrical components, refrigerant levels, coils, drain, line insulation, temperatures and pressures.— rinsed outdoor coil with the garden hose Tested the water for hardness and total dissolved solids— passed. Provided options for correcting deficiencies. The furnace, air conditioner, humidifier, water heater, water softener and air exchanger are operating properly at the completion of the inspection.
